I found a partial solution for problem.
In BIOS --> Advanced Screen --> PAVP Mode(Disabled) and Primary Graphics Adapter = Onboard and Share Memory = 128MB. Remove i915.modeset=0 from GRUB.

I think maybe in kernel 2.6.33 and intel video driver ver.2.10 this problem will be solve.
I use Archlinux with kernel 2.6.32 and xf86-video-intel 2.9.1-1 and have same problem. Maybe Ubuntu 9.10...
Because Video is very slow!
Everything refresh slowly, when minimize and maximize windows, and there is no 3D acceleration even i thing no anything graphical acceleration ... Sorry bad English......
